Okay, now I explain.
Aaaaafter settling down in Central, Priscy here starts a little art school for children (which will eventually grow into a full fledged art school) Miragge, Novanoah's OC attends her little school.
This picture is veridic! By the time Mira turns 4, Priscy is pregnant with her first child and about to burst. ( 3 Days ) She's of course not working anymore, but she wanted to go see the little girl since it was her birthday.
The black haired woman is Phoebe Evans, she's 20 years old (Priscy is about to turn 23 in this.) and she's Priscilla's "teaching assistant", she realized she needed help with the kids when her Mommy tummy started getting in the way.
Ed's not therebecause I'm lazy because he's taking the picture. ; )

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactVision:
This deviation is juts bursting with color and light and life. I love it and the expressions on there faces, and the fact that Priscy is pregnant big time just makes it even more cheerful.
Originality:
The only reason I would dock points in this department is because your OC is set in Amestris. Your OC is unique and her story is beautifully simplistic but evocative (i.e., not Mary-Sue) And the picture, while I've seen pregnant OCs before) is unique in it's composition and execution.
Technique:
I LOVELOVELOVE your style and coloring. It's beautiful and fits in with the piece like heaven. Some things could use improvement like the children at the bottom who seem off anatomically and the teaching assistant's glasses. They wouldn't while out like that completely and she seems to be staring at the viewer rather than the birthday girl.
Other things, Like the ligiht pouring in from the window and the beauty of your background, I wish I could do half of. It's amazing.
Impact:
